DRAGGING THE SHUTTER EFFECT IN PORTRAIT PHOTO OR HOW TO MAKE A PORTRAIT MOVE

The effect of “lengthening the shutter speed” is familiar to anyone who has used a compact camera set to the “night portrait” mode. In order for bright blurry stripes around the main subject to appear on the photo, you need to highlight it with a flash using the slow shutter speed. Without this, the background of the photo will be simply dark. The dragging the shutter works particularly well when combined with a bright background.

Extending the shutter speed creates a crisp, clear, well-lit background, while the subject itself is clearly visible, even if in the background there are luminous night streets of Las Vegas or a brightly lit interior. PETER LINDBERG – BEAUTY PROMOTIONAL WITHOUT RETOUSH

The legendary photographer of the fashion industry was born on November 23, 1944 in the Polish city of Leszno. Soon after the birth of the child, the family moved to western Germany. Peter’s childhood passed in Duisburg. This port city left a big mark in the soul of the photographer. Lindbergh grew up, observing a certain harmony and coexistence of industrial areas and unspoiled natural landscapes. Later this will be reflected in his work.

Peter is interested in painting, he attends an art school, and after that, enters the Krefeld Institute of Arts. He manages to participate in art exhibitions with his artwork. Gradually, the young man’s interest switches to photography, and in 1971 Lindbergh got his first camera. He starts off as an assistant photographer Hans Lux. After 2 years, he moved to Dusseldorf and received the status of an independent photographer. Continue reading

MERT ALAS – TURKISH STAR FASHION-PHOTOS

One of the most sought after photographers in the fashion industry, Mert Alas, was born in 1971 in Istanbul. His interest in glossy magazines showed up quite early. Murt’s father was a military pilot. Undoubtedly, the mother, who was a model in the 1960s, influenced the young man’s hobbies.

At age 19, Alas went to the UK. In London, he learned the language and found a job as a stylist. His path in photo modeling began after meeting Markus Piggott in 1994. At one of the photo shoots, a fateful meeting took place that marked the beginning of a creative duet. They had a lot in common in biography, professional preferences and hobbies.
